Future Simple Tense

Definition: It describes actions that will happen in the future and not occurred yet.

Example: She will to the USA next year.

 

Sentence structure

 

    • Positive = Subject + Verb 1nd form + Object
    • Negative = Subject +Will + Verb 1st form + Object
    • Interrogative = Will + Subject + Verb 1st form + Object?
    • Negative Interrogative = Won’t + Subject + Verb 1st form + Object?
    • Will not = Won’t

Positive Sentences

 

    • They will travel to us soon.
    • She will study all night.

Negative Sentences

 

    • The Mechanic will not repair his car.
    • I will not go to school tomorrow.

Interrogative Sentences

 

    • Will workmen work all day?
    • Will she talk about issues?

Interrogative Sentences with (questions word)

 

    • What will the Plumber fix today?

Negative Interrogative Sentences

 

    • Won’t he play the guitar for them?
