I have found the 5 most inspiring tips that can change your life, these 5 things can help you understand your success and your goals. 

  • Finding your purpose: our life is on purpose, why do exist, it has a purpose so finding our purpose is our main priority. Goals or missions that you want to accomplish, find the right direction and keep yourself motivated to stick with specific mindsets to fulfill them in your life. Having purpose never makes you disappointed or guilty to live your every single day. Remember so many obstacles, challenges or troubles may occur in your path, but never stop doing that. Keep going!

  • SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-boundSMART is the criteria that make your goals productive and practical. Let’s comprehend each one thoroughly 

  • Specific: telling yourself “I want to be fit by doing exercise or going to the gym” Instead of that try to make it specific “I want to lose 5 kg weight at least this month” It simply means making your goals specific and clear (what, why, and how?)What is exactly my goal? Why is it? How can I get it? 

  • Measurable: You should have the ability to measure your progress, and what you have accomplished so far. Ask yourself, how will I know when I’ve got this goal successfully? 
  • It’s just simple as we learning with “Specific” if you are setting a target of saving 300$ per month or losing 5 kg weight per month. That’s how you know the way to measure things. 

  • Achievable: it’s just as simple as Target, just think calculate your schedule, and take a look at how many minutes or hours you get per week, going to the gym for 30 mins, 2 times a week. On weekends that is achievable, so go for it. 

  • Relevant: make sure your targeted goal is entirely relevant, for example, saving money for holidays to spend on your travel. It means you value traveling that enhances your knowledge and gives you more opportunity to meet people, example 2: you are sure that spending time in the gym is revelent became it makes you healthier for a long time and you stay active to fulfill your goals. Lastly, being Time-bound: just means adding a deadline to your goals, whether you want to lose weight or save $300 per month starting today. Make sure you achieve as you set the deadline. Or another example, you want to buy a car in the next 6 months so, you should be sure to save that much money within 6 months. 

  • Thinking win-win: I simply say that instead of competing or compromising with others: find some good solutions that can really satisfy both. Thinking win-win is like having an optimistic attitude or feeling where you want everyone to be advantageous and work together. Instead of fighting or giving up when you have any problem. The only way is thinking. Thinking can help you to develop trust and maybe it makes things better for everyone. It can prevent arguments or hard feelings. We usually do things or tell someone without thinking that’s how it occurs a lot of disturbances and negative relationships between people. 
  • Understanding how other feels by listening to them carefully
  • Telling your feelings and ideas in a very polite way
  • Finding solutions or exploring ideas together
  • Celebrate every achievement it doesn’t matter how big or small is. 

  • Vision Board: in simple words,  First set your favorite quotes, sayings, images, or anything that you find inspiring to help with achieve your dreams or goals.  then try to activate your imagination. That’s the way of getting them. 

  • Practice gratitude. Being thankful is the way of getting more in your life, you should have an appreciation of everything that you’re getting in your life every day, it doesn’t matter how small or big they are. Just be thankful for it. Never compare your house, salary, job, or anything with others. Just be thankful for what you have now, and at least set 2 affirmations. Night affirmation and morning affirmation! Add a few phrases to both of your affirmations.
  • Examples: God, I am thankful for whatever I have and whatever I am getting in my life. It was really amazing day and I really enjoyed it. I am happy in my life and I am trying to do hard work for what I want to achieve. I know I can’t get everything just today but I can get it by targeting small steps.
